8 oz. half & half
3/4 cup thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
2 TB butter
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
1/2 cups chopped broccoli, steamed
1 oz. tomato sauce
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
4 oz. cavatelli noodles
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Boil cavatelli noodles until slightly chewy. Drain. In saucepan, place cooked pasta and remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to a boil and reduce heat, stirring constantly. Remove from stove and slowly stir in cheese.
