1 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup butter or margarine at room temperature
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 Tablespoons milk
1 cup raisins
2 cups Oatmeal (quick cooking)

Directions:

Sift together flour, soda, salt, and spices into bowl. Add butter, sugar, egg, and milk. Beat until smooth, about two mins. Fold in raisins and oats. Drop from a teaspoon onto greased baking sheet and bake at 375 for 12 to 15 mins.
