1 Medium Green Apple ( Granny Smith)
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 TB. packed brown sugar
1/2 lb. pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Seed and 1/16th the apple. Place apples on bottom of 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook pork chops in hot pan for 5 minutes to brown. Place pork on apples and cover to bake for approx. 45 minutes or until pork is done and apples are tender.
