Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Flour
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup Butter
1 T. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place a small non-stick frying pan on the burner set to medium heat and grease lightly with butter. Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer to remove any lumps. Pour enough batter into the heated frying pan to cover the bottom and swirl around to coat the sides of the frying pan about a 1/2 inch up the sides. When the crepe loses its shine, its ready to flip, carefully peel it up by one side with a spatula and flip it over (I do this with my fingers). Cook lightly for a few moments more then remove. Fill with your favorite stuff like Bananas, Ice Cream, Ham and Cheese, use your imagination. My kids like them plain with syrup like Pancakes. Michael goes for traditional Maple, while Cory and I prefer fruit flavored like Strawberry.
