1 can (28 ounce) crushed tomatoes, with juices
1 small can (6 ounce) tomato paste
1 cup water
2 cups heavy cream
2 teaspoons dried dill
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoons sugar

Directions:

Put in all ingredients in a pot and whisk together. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings
