3 cups Bisquick
1 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb.Jimmy Dean hot pork sausage

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. This may be done by hand, but I find it easier and quicker to use my Kitchen Aid mixer with the dough hook. Shape into 3/4 to 1" balls. Bake at 400 º 8-10 minutes.

Sausage balls freeze very well. I thaw them in the microwave and then bake them. This recipe is a favorite of our family and friends alike. I always serve these on New Year's Eve.
