2 medium onions, chopped
6 celery ribs, chopped
1/2 c. butter, cubed
5 c. cubed cooked chicken
3/4 c. water
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. sliced almonds, toasted
1 c. crushed butter flavored crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute onions and celery in butter until tender. Add chicken and water; heat through. Remove from the heat. Stir in soup, sour cream and almonds.
Pour the chicken mixture into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with the cracker crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
