8 oz. tub of sharp cheddar cheese (I like Wispride)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. onion, chopped finely
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together with mixer. Shape into ball and roll in chopped pecans. Wrap ball in glad wrap and refrigerate until firm.

Serve with a variety of crackers.

This is always a favorite! Dad Kurzmann took great pleasure in making this for us at Christmas while being closely supervised by Mom Kurzmann. Mom would say "Walter, chop that onion into little bitty pieces!" Our memories of this are so special!
