Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

3 large sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

1/3 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Boil potatoes until tender. Take skin off when cooled enough to handle. Put potatoes in a large bowl and whip to desired consistency. Add the sugar, eggs, butter, and vanilla. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Mix together the topping and sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
