1-1/2 cup sugar
Rhubarb - several stalks
water

Strawberries (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Chop stalks of Rhubarb and place in kettle
Add water to about 1/3 way to Rhubarb
Add sugar
Bring to a boil
When soft, add strawberries
Let sit for about 20 mins.
Store in sealed container in refrigerator
