1 package (1 lb. 2oz.) Oreo cookies, finely crushed
1 package (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 packages (8 squares each) bakers semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 3 cups of cookie crumbs and the cream cheese until well blended. Shape into 1-inch balls. Dip balls in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Store leftover truffles in tightly covered container in refrigerator.

Using two spoons or two forks to roll the cookie/cream cheese balls around in the chocolate is the best way to cover them completely. Using white bakers chocolate is also delicious!
