1 clove garlic 1 chopped onion 3 tbsp butter 1 pkg (about 10 oz) frozen chopped cauliflower 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach 1 tsp. black pepper 3/4 c heavy whipping cream 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
Saute garlic and onion in butter for 2 mins. Add cauliflower and spinach, salt and pepper. Cook about 8 mins. while stirring until veggies are tender and crisp. Add cream and heat to a boil. Stir in Parmesan. Toss with Spaghetti.
