2 c semolina flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c warm water
1 tbsp. butter

The salt, baking powder and butter are option. You may also substitute 1/2 cup milk or 3 beaten eggs for the warm water.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and baking powder.
Add warm water and butter, knead dough until stiff.
Roll into a ball.
Using 1/4 of the ball at a time roll to 1/8 or 1/16th of an inch thick.
Cut into desired shape.
Dry.
