Preheat oven to 350.
1 box yellow cake mix w/ pudding in the mix
1 box (3 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
1 box (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 12oz. package chocolate chips
powdered sugar

Mix the first 6 ingredients. Fold chocolate chips into mixture. Pour mixture into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes, then turn cake onto plate and sprinkle w/ powdered sugar.
