Chicken pcs- breast, thighs, 10 pcs
2 cloves garlic pressed
1 can diced tomatoes 1 tsp oregano
1 tsp Parsley 1/2 C Fresh Basil
1/4 C olive oil 1/2 C bread crumbs
1/2 C parmesan cheese 1/4 C butter-melted
Dash salt n pepper

Preheat oven to 350.
Wash and dry chicken.
Place chicken pcs in single layer, skin side up into 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
Place tomatoes into bowl mash with potato masher, add olive oil, basil, garlic, oregano, parsley salt and pepper.
Pour tomato mixture over chicken, sprinkle bread crumbs on top, drizzle with butter, top with parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink. Thermometer should read 180.
Pour juices over chicken and enjoy!

Cook Time:1 hour 30 minutes
