1/2 head of cauliflower 1 head of lettuce 1 onion (optional) 6 slices of fried bacon 3 tbsp bacon grease 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
In large bowl chop of the cauliflower, lettuce and onion. Fry bacon, and then break bacon into bite size pieces. In a small bowl mix bacon grease, sugar, mayo, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Add dressing to salad right before you serve.
