1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
1 lb. veal, cut up
1/2 lb. pork, cut up
celery
onions
bean sprouts
water chestnuts
soy sauce to taste
molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Brown all the meat together. Simmer for about 1/2 hour or so, until meat is done. Add the celery, onions and cook another 15 - 20 minutes, 'til soft. Add soy sauce with it to give it flavor, add to taste. Drain the bean sprouts and add. For thickening, add a little water slowly to flour to make a paste then add enough water for thickening.
