1 head iceberg lettuce
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
4 green onions, chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts
16 oz. mayonnaise
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
6 oz. Parmesan cheese

Optional: 3 boiled eggs, sliced. Crumbled bacon.
Directions:
Directions:
Layer first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Spread mayonnaise over the top, seal to edge of bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix just before serving.

Can be made the night before.
