1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. quick-cooking oats
1 c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine flour, oat, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in peanut butter until crumbly. Combine the egg, milk and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Transfer to a greased 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 55-60 min. or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 min. before removing from pan to a wire rack.
