4-5 medium potatoes 1/3 stick butter 1/4 c. milk Salt and pepper to taste 2 c. flour 2 tbsp. Crisco
Peel potatoes and cut into cubes, cover with water and cook; add butter milk and salt to taste. Dumplings - Blend flour and Crisco with water until dough stiffens. Pinch dough into small balls and drop into potatoes; pepper to taste. Stir and eat.
