1 12 oz. bag Butterscotch morsels
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. water
1 cup melted butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. quick oats

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine butter, sugar, eggs and water until creamy. Add flour, salt, baking soda and oats. Mix well. Add morsels. Mix again. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
