1 3/4 lb. small red potatoes, quartered
1 small onion, quartered
1/4 c. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the potatoes, onion, oil, rosemary, garlic and garlic salt; toss to coat. Transfer to a foil-line 15-in x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered at 425 for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned.
