3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 c. 3 minute Quaker quick oats
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. raw zucchini, grated
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil and vanilla. Mix in flour, oats, cinnamon, soda, salt and baking powder. Add zucchini and nuts. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 4/8 inch loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350ºF.
