"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Pour off juice and slice. Place in pan and spread with barbecue sauce. Reheat, uncovered, for 45-60 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is really good as an entree or for sandwiches.
You may also rub with liquid smoke before adding salts. We do not like the flavor of liquid smoke, so I don't use it. Bev gave me this recipe. This can be cooked the day before serving.
