1 cooked whole chicken breast
3 cans white beans (northern)
2 large boxes of low sodium chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small can of green chilies
1 tablespoon jalapeņo peppers, chopped
3/4 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon cilantro
1/2 tablespoon hot sauce

Directions:
Chop already cooked chicken .Add all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low heat for 3 hours or longer for savory flavors to mix and blend thru. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and shredded cheese on top if desired.
