1 whole chicken
season salt or regular salt and pepper.
1 tsp of garlic powder
2 Tsp of cayanne pepper.
1 tsp of parika.
1 quart butter milk.

whole chicken wash and cut
Place chicken in oblong bowl add ingredients, pour butter milk over cut pieces of chicken. refrigerate for 2 hours.
Large Brown Bag, add 3 cups flour, add tsp of cayanne pepper, salt, garlic. place chicken pieces in bag and shake well.
Fried in hot grease until golden brown

My family enjoy my Sunday dinners- Spicy fried chicken, candie yams-with moma Jean's potato salad, with green beans & red new potato. Thats some good eating with my homemade pond cake.
