12 0z. red snapper fillets.
2 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon style mustard
1 fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp chopped chives (fresh)
1 tsp fresh parsley
dash of old bay season.

Arrange fillets in shallow 1 quart flame-proof baking dish. spray with non-stick cooking spray(butter flavor). Bake 400 degree for 20 minutes.Broil for 1 minute.
