28 oz. crushed tomatoes 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. minced garlic 31 oz. refried beans 15 oz. chicken broth 1 T. fresh minced cilantro
In large sauce pan, bring tomatoes, onion, and garlic to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 min. Stir in the beans, broth, and cilantro. Serve with sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, and corn chips.
