3-4 lbs boneless porkloin roast
1 cup apple juice
1 can (14 oz) chicken broth
2 apples, cored and sliced
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
4-5 potatoes, peeled and quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat on high heat in a frying pan to seal in juices. Place porkloin in crockpot. Add ingredients over meat. Add potatoes. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
