2 pie crusts
4 cups blueberries, washed
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
3 teaspoons of flour
1 tablespoon margarine

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, mix 1 cup of the blueberries with sugar, cornstarch, salt and water.
Cook over low until thickened (if not thick enough, add 1/2 teaspoon of cornstrach)
Add the remaining 3 cups of blueberries tossed in flour and margarine.
Stir until combined.
Pour into pie shell and cover with another pie shell.
Ct slits in the top shell and bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes or until crust is golden brown in the center.

This recipe is my best interpretation of father's mom's recpe. Her name was Violet and I never met her. Dad says you could cut teh pie and eat a slice with one hand without it dripping.
