Crust:
1 c butter
2 c flour
1/2 c powdered sugar
1/4 t salt

Filling:
4 eggs
1/2 t baking powder
2 c sugar
1/4 c lemon juice + zest

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Blend ingredients and press into bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Bake 20 min. at 350 or until golden brown.

Filling: Blend ingredients and pour over crust. Return to oven and bake 20-25 min. or until filling is set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar-let cool before cutting.
