1-3oz. box cherry Jello
1 c dark cherries (drain and save liquid)
1 can Coca cola
1-3oz pkg Cream cheese
1/2 c pecans chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Heat Coke to mix with Jello. (You are subbing Coke for the water)
When dissolved add cherry juice and enough Coke to make 1 c, add to Jello mixture.
Pour into flat dish and let cool a bit. Add Cream cheese, cherries and pecan. Mash Cream cheese into mixture with fork. Put in fridge to set up.

This is a very old recipe from my Great grandma Regan.
I found out her original recipe used Maraschino cherries which would make it even sweeter. This recipe was given to us from my Grandma Wood and she substituted the dark cherries instead
