1 Pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs, Cubed
1 Pound Smoked Sausage, Sliced
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onions
1 (6 Ounce) Can Tomato Sauce
1 Can French Onion Soup
1 Can Consomme
6 Tablespoons Margarine
1 Bay Leaf
1 Green Pepper, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Parsley
Tony Chachere Seasoning to Taste

Combine everything in a heavy pot. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
