3 Cups Fish Fry
3 Cups Flour
1/4 Cup Dried Parsley
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 1/2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Milk
3 Eggs, Beaten
3 Pounds Peeled Crawfish Tails
2 Cups Oil for Frying

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix fish fry, flour, parsley, pepper, cayenne, and salt. In another bowl, mix milk and eggs. Dip crawfish tails in egg and milk mixture, then drop coated tails in flour mixture. Shake excess off and drop in very hot oil (deep fry). Cook until brown.
