8 cups very finely chopped cabbage
1/4 cup shredded carrot
2 Tbsp minced onion
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp sale
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup buttermilk
1-1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
2-1/2 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cabbage, carrots and onions into very fine pieces. (about the size of rice kernels)
Combine the sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayo, buttermilk, vinegar and lemon juice and beat until smooth.
Add the cabbage, carrots and onions. Mix well.
Cover & refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

*A quicker version of the KFC cole slaw is a package of fine shredded slaw mix and add JIMMY's pineapple slaw dressing from refrigerated section. YUMMY!
