Get your favorite cut of Roast Beef: Season with
onion powder, garlic powder, season salt, and onion med or large . One tablespoon of oil in the Dutch oven , cook on med heat. place beef in the Dutch oven place one slice onion on top. cook for one hour or until the meat is at your liking. I like it medium done. Used one can of mushroom soup. Slice beef and can of mushroom soup let it simmer for an additional 15min. done.

With the can of mushroom soup make an quick and easy gravy. Family and Friends will love it.
