Crust:
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. margarine, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Cheesecake:
1 heaping c. sugar
4-8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients and bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Combine sugar and cream cheese and mix until smooth. Add the vanilla, sour cream and eggs, and pour into crust. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.

This recipe was handed down from my Aunt Paula: "When this recipe was given to me 30 years ago I was told to bake the cheesecake no longer than 25 minutes. I like a more firm cheesecake, so I leave the cake in the oven and turn it off. I take the cheesecake out when the oven is cool."
