Mix together
1 beaten egg
4 tablespoon liquid shortening
cup milk
Sift together
cup Malt-O-Meal
1 cups sifted flour
cup sugar
3 teaspoon baking powder
teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dry ingredients in bowl make a well in middle and pour in liquid mixture and stir until moistened. Fill cup cake papers full in muffins pan. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
Makes 12.
