3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut

Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, oil, and sugar. Blend well. Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon; add to egg mixture. Add vanilla, chopped apples, nuts and coconut. Pour into a greased 8" or 9" tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. While cake is still hot, pour hot topping over it in the pan, let cool. When it is completely cool remove from pan.

Topping: Combine all ingredients and cook 2 1/2 minutes. Pour immediately over cake while in pan.
