1/4 c. butter or margarine
1- 7oz. package coconut
1/2 c. pecans (chopped or pieces)
1- 8oz. cream cheese
1-16oz. cool whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
3 graham cracker pie shells or 2 extra serving crusts

Melt butter or margarine, add pecans and coconut. Cook over medium heat until coconut browns and then let this mixture cool. (DO NOT OVER COOK OR BURN). While coconut mixture is cooling, mix cream cheese, condensed milk and cool whip together. Divide cool whip mixture into 3 pie shells. Drizzle the caramel on top of cool whip mixture. Top with coconut mixture. Cover pies and freeze. Serve frozen and enjoy!
