2 10 oz packages Baby Spinach
8 thin sliced red onion, separated into rings
2 red Bartlett pears, cored and cubed
3/4 c. Spinach Salad dressing (warmed/divided)
1/3 cup Pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
Directions:
Directions:
Place spinach in large serving bowl. Add onion rings and toss to combine.

Arrange pears on top

Drizzle with warm dressing. Sprinkle with pepitas.
Serve remaining dressing on the side to pass.
