1 c. margarine
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. plain flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and Crisco. Add sugar; cream until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together; add alternately with sour cream. Add vanilla and lemon; mix well. Pour into well greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Place cake in cold oven and bake at 325º for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
