Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Jar of pasta sauce
1/3 cup of water
1 package of frozen cheese ravioli
1 egg slightly beaten
1 15 oz ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 10 oz package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed, and well drained. (I put it in a paper towel and gently squeeze).
Grated Romano or Parmesan cheese

In a large skillet, put pasta sauce and water. Bring it to a boil and add the ravioli. Reduce the heat and simmer about 6 minutes until the ravioli is tender. (stir very gently so it doesn't stick).

In a bowl mix together the egg, ricotta cheese and the 1/4 Romano or parmesan cheese. Top ravioli with spinach and then spoon ricotta mixture on top of spinach. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes until all is set and tender. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. *** You could also put the cooked ravioli in sauce in a casserole and then proceed with the rest of the recipe. Then cover it and put in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
