2 lbs. beef chuck, cut into cubes
1 c. tomato soup
1/4 c. flour
3 med. carrots, sliced
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
4 med. pototoes, diced
2 beef bullion cubes
1 T. Italian seasoning
1 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, flour and water in slow cooker. Add all other ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hrs. Serve over noodles or with crusty bread.
