CUT 4 PHEASANT BREASTS (2 BIRDS) INTO STRIPS
PUT IN BAKING PAN AND COVER WITH TERRYIAKI SAUCE.
BAKE FOR 45 MINS APPROX AT 350

PUT CUBED PHEASANT (ABOVE)
AND CHOPPED GREEN ONION IN BLENDER AND MIX.

PUT INTO BOWL AND ADD:
¾ CUP LITE MIRACLE WHIP
¼ CUP LITE RANCH DRESSING
¼ CUP CHOPPED GREEN ONION
1 TBS DIJON MUSTARD
1 TSP DILL
¼ TSP LAWRY’S SEASON SALT
¼ TSP GARLIC SALT

MIX WELL.

CHILL OVERNIGHT AND VOILA!!
SERVE WITH CRACKERS
YUM!
