1 ½ lbs. chicken cooked and shredded
2 packs McCormick’s chili mix (or any other brand chili mix packets)
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1 zucchini chopped
½ green pepper chopped
¾ white onion chopped
Add your favorite BBQ sauce to taste (I probably used about 1/3 -1/2 cup)

Combine all ingredients in pot to heat. Let sit on low heat, stirring frequently for as long as you want (the longer the better).
