Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage, browned (I use two rolls of the less fat kind)
Tabasco sauce to taste
1/3 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Quaker Quick Grits (I used the stove top instructions for 6 servings)
1 cup grated extra-sharp cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/4 cup butter, melted**
2 large eggs, well beaten
1 8-ounce can mild green chiles, seeded and chopped
(it comes in 4 oz cans already chopped in my store so I just get two)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Add Tabasco sauce, garlic, salt and pepper to sausage. Set aside. Cook grits. Add all ingredients together, stirring until well mixed. Pour mixture into a well buttered 9 X 13 X 2 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

**I did not add butter to the mixture, I just used it to butter the baking dish.
