2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. chile powder
2 c. beef broth
2 c. crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. mexican oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large saucepan. Add the flour to the oil and make a roux. Stir and cook over medium heat until brown in color. Add the beef broth, chile powder, tomatoes. oregano, cumin, garlic and salt to the roux and simmer over low heat until thickened.
