2 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. butter, melted 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Blend biscuit mix and cheese in cold water until well blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375º for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Brush baked biscuits with garlic butter.
