1 cup onion, chopped
3 large potatoes, peeled, cubed
1 bunch broccoli, cut in chunks or 1 lb frozen ~ amount as potatoes
15 oz chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
5 oz evaporated milk
1 cup American cheese, cubed (12 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine onion, broccoli, potatoes and chicken broth. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add cream of chicken soup, milk and cheese. Heat until cheese melts.
